SUE RAY has returned from an action packed musical journey through the U.S. to release her new single “Lover Evermore” at The Beetle Bar on Friday 14th Dec. This will be her last performance in Brisbane with a full band for 2012. On the night she will also be having a preview screening of the film-clip for the track, written, directed and produced by award winning director Ruwan De Silva.

A past Brisbane local, Jess will also have some very special guests on stage including her brother, Sabrina Lawrie and Sean Clift. Congratulations to Jess for recently being awarded the AIR Country Album of the Year 2012.
Inspired by campfires, cowboys and whiskey, the soulful voice of CARRIE & THE CUT SNAKES will get your heart pumping on the night. With an album due out in early 2012, you will surely be hearing more from these guys.
To open the night we have newcomers MIDNIGHT SON & THE CRIME SCENE warming the stage. These guys are seasoned players, with members from Brisbane bands of the past that you may just recognize.
