Free Livespark performance at The Powerhouse

If you enjoy live music and like it even better when it’s free, check out Live Spark, featuring the best indie pop/rock talent from Brisbane and beyond.

This Sunday, Sue Ray will be performing a set on the Turbine Stage at The Brisbane Powerhouse, with special guests Rebecca Karlen and Owen Ray, Sue’s own father. It will be an intimate showcase, with many of Sue’s tracks from her recent album Red Roses stripped back and performed acoustically with three part harmony and the elegant violin playing of Rebecca Karlen.

The other half of the bill is Plus One Record’s Halfway with their country, indie, rock collection. So this will surely be a show worth braving the summer heat for.

Brisbane Powerhouse is located next to New Farm Park on the banks of the Brisbane river. Street access is via 119 Lamington Street, New Farm (continuation of James St).
